Shipping Information
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Private Bags, or Post Offices.
Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout to avoid delays.
Shipping Methods
Smaller items are shipped via courier, while larger items are sent via freight forwarder.
For some large items delivered by freight company, the goods may need to be sent to the nearest depot.
If the delivery address is rural, the customer may need to arrange collection from the depot, as freight companies may not deliver large freight items to rural addresses.
Please note:
- freight companies may not deliver to rural addresses
- customers with rural addresses may need to arrange depot collection
- we are not responsible for any additional costs involved if the customer has provided a rural delivery address
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched the same day or the next business day once payment has been confirmed.
During busy periods, such as Christmas, public holidays, or long weekends, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Combined Shipping
We are happy to combine shipping where possible.
In most cases, you will pay:
- full postage for the item with the highest shipping cost
- half freight for each additional item
Please note that larger or heavier items may not be eligible for combined shipping.
