Payment Information

Payments are processed automatically through the website unless prior arrangements are made. We accept Afterpay, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Visa Debit cards, only from cards registered in New Zealand. Bank transfers are also accepted, but products will be dispatched once payment has cleared (usually within 2-3 business days).

Pick-Up Information

Pick-up is only available for products that explicitly state pick-up is allowed. For items that don’t allow pick-up, payment must be made online, and the products will be dispatched from different locations, depending on availability.

Delivery Information

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

  • Smaller items are shipped via courier, and larger items are sent via freight forwarder.
  • Orders are usually shipped the same day or the next day, once payment is confirmed. However, delays may occur during peak times (e.g., Christmas or long weekends), so we ask for your patience.
  • Delivery times:
    • Auckland and Rural Areas: 2-5 working days
    • North Island: 3-5 working days
    • South Island: 5-7 working days
    • Rural and Outer Islands: Please allow an additional 5-7 working days.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

We are happy to combine shipping! Generally, you’ll pay full postage for the item with the highest shipping cost and half freight for each additional item. Please note, larger or heavier items will not be eligible for combined shipping.

Warranties

All products come with a minimum 3-month warranty under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, unless otherwise specified (e.g., 12-month warranty). However, warranties do not apply to products purchased for business purposes.

Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item to ensure we meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

  • If a product is found to be working correctly, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
  • If a product is faulty, we will either replace it or offer a refund if replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 10-14 working days for processing.
